Membership

ABTAM members demonstrate a dedication to the architectural, building and construction industry.

Responsibilities can range from preparation of technical and construction drawings/documents, project coordinators, and building/site supervision, project and construction management.

General membership is available to individuals who are active in the architectural and building industries and have completed a recognized level of post secondary technical education.

Certified membership in the Association is extended to members that meet the required educational and/or practical requirements laid out in the Association's governing By-Laws. Certification is awarded in either Architectural Technologies or Building Technologies and grants the member the right to include the applicable suffix to their name, "CT (Arch)" or "CT (Bldg)".

ABTAM has set a standard for our membership's technical skills that is accepted by the industry and professional community.
